The Treasurer’s Office will process renewals, title work, and taxes by appointment through the end of June. We are still encouraging those that can, to continue doing transactions by mail, online, or using the drop box if possible. Walk-ins will be worked in around appointments. Only 1 person per appointment. While in the office, we ask that you maintain Social Distancing. Those waiting will be asked to wait in the hallway until we are able to help them.
Driver’s license renewals will be by appointment for residents of Chase County only. If you need to renew, please call and set up an appointment. (The deadline for the “Real ID” requirements has been extended to October 2021.)
The County Treasurer’s primary function is to collect real estate, personal property, motor vehicle taxes, special assessments and other miscellaneous taxes for Chase County cities, townships, school districts, and other taxing jurisdictions.
